My heart just stopped beating and shot into my mouth when I saw the news of Man Utd Official website that Sir Alex Ferguson will be retiring at the end of the season… I can’t really thank him enough for his contribution to the club, and he will be in my heart, thoughts and memories forever. Glad I share a Birthday (31 December) with such a legend… Not to mention he took over at MUFC the year I was born (1986).
He came into the job with the hopes of overtaking Liverpool and winning the 20th league title was an incredible feat. You will be missed Fergie, but now the big question arises… Who will take over at the English Giants? I am praying it is Jose Mourinho! You can read the Official statement on their website [here].
