Chappies Street Art 3/6 Cape Town Station

The Chappies SA team were at it again with the 3rd edition of their Street Art Series activation. I am not going to post all 6, but I thought the coolest Cape Town based ones deserve a bit of recognition. I must say the team are doing some extremely fine work and I am really impressed by the awesomeness they have created…

This piece is of the most priceless painting ever created and one that was deemed so valuable, it cannot be insured! The edible Mona Lisa went down great with the local Capetonians, with many of them playing a part in the creation of this masterpiece. Did you know that the Mona Lisa has no eyebrows? It was fashionable in Renaissance Florence to shave them off! Check out the time lapse of the project from start to finish, and, just how quickly the gum got removed…
