The Victoria’s “reveal her” Secret campaign in Miami is one that definitely caught my eye. Interactive campaigns (effective ones) are very hard to come by in SA and I always wonder why it is not a medium explored with a more creative approach? It’s not like we lack the creative talent in Cape Town, and, I will even go as far as saying we are amongst the best in the country when it comes to the arty field!
Who of you wouldn’t check out that Blackberry bar code while waiting for the Waterfront bus? I know I would…
Consider mobile is one of the fastest growing sectors, more and more people should look into using this as a platform to reach consumers. Let’s be honest, when you go out for lunch or drinks how many people put their Blackberry’s down on the table? I thought so, and, if it isn’t a Blackberry it is a phone that is able to access the internet. Unless it is that mate that always looses his phone and opts to use an el cheapo 😉 We all have one of those…
Sexier than skin… Yeah right, the next thing I am doing after checking the bar code is searching Google for “Erin Victoria Secret Model”…
I am busy conceptualising a mobile campaign of my own so have a look for that in the near future. I will do it as a case study and track the results. I rate it will make for quite and interesting article. Already got half the idea down, I just need to make sure I cover all my tracks. Nothing worse than a failed viral/outdoor/mobile campaign. What do you think about these outdoor print adverts? Don’t be shy to comment with your opinion it only takes a few seconds, and, if you see any cool new outdoor campaigns around town tell me about them!
The moral of the story: Sex Sells!
Pretty cool article and such a fun ad!
I know. Awesome visual appeal and a sick concept. Not to mention the very effective interaction with consumers!
