In 2016, two of the most respected names in Cape Town MMA formed a new business. One being a boxing coach, the other being a seasoned professional MMA fighter in the EFC franchise! I introduce you to MADfit – Fitness & Mixed Martial Arts studio in Cape Town. Former EFC Lightweight Champion Don Madge, and professional boxing coach Matthew Leisching are the brains and brawl behind this new venture, and the go to guys if you want to get fit, learn to box, or delve deeper into the arts of MMA.
