After careful consideration and a lot of thought, Hashim Amla has decided to step down as the South African Cricket test captain. The decision has come after the Proteas draw with England in their second test at Newlands in the 2016 Sunfoil Series. The decision comes on the back of his decision to stay true to himself, and work on his own personal game. He will stand behind whoever gets the job one hundred percent! AB De Villiers will step into the role going forward.
