The start of the @FivesFutbol Sunday Champions League has arrived and will commence this coming Sunday at the Hellenic Club, Cape Town. With as many as 12 teams already entered into this first Sunday, the league is only going to expand. As you may be aware the Champions League has ALL our teams in Cape Town, and who are currently represented across our three sites, competing for the Coveted Cup and who would ultimately be crowned the ‘Champions’ of @FivesFutbol.
This home and away format of the Champions League will be hosted by the Hellenic Site and Sunningdale Site provisionally; where on this first Sunday 13th February 2010 will see all teams kick off from 12h00 at the Hellenic Site – Fixtures to be posted shortly upon the website. Each Sunday of the league, the venue will alternate and thus all teams will experience playing home and away.
