Cut it off for charity at Caprice this Thursday, 28 March 2013. My buddy Chris from DVM Events is hosting an event for a great cause, called The Barber Shop. It is a charity event raising money for The Kimberley Rose Foundation. Their concept is simple; “we aim to create a modern fund-raising experience where young people can listen to cool music while doing something meaningful. We want to move away from the boring standard charity events.”
They have organised for The Barnet Fair Barbers to set up a ‘mini barber shop’ in Cafe Caprice where people can get shaves, trims or snips for a R50 donation, hence the name The Barber Shop… Below is a link to the event where you can find all the event information on Facebook.
