I must be honest; Butler’s is by far my favourite pizza brand in Cape Town. No contest! We have been ordering from the company for over 10 years now, and, I am pretty sure have tallied up quite a large number of ‘missions’ (As the Butler’s brand like to call a visit or delivery). This time around I am not raving about the brand though. I have tried the customer care line (which no one answered) and am quite pissed at the fact that I just opened my pizza, only to find that the damn thing has not been cut!
To cut a long story short I am a life long client, who never ever wants to open his pizza box to find a pizza that you guys expect me to eat in one bite 🙁 It says on the box, and I quote: “So if you find your pizza, or our service, anything less than 100% perfect, let us know straight away. We’ll go that extra mile to put it right. 100% right.” Firstly I tried to let you know straight away on the customer care line provided, yet no one answered… Therefore you not only broke that promise, but also the one stating that you would “put it right. 100% right” because I have just cut my pizza with a ruler in the office…
Hopefully I get a response from someone at the company tomorrow, after leaving a voice message on the “customer care line”, and, sending an email to the customer care centre!I don’t think it really is a customer care line though, because there was no one on the other end. This only makes me wonder what the Hell the point of a customer care line is?

I once bought a milo bar, it did not taste like a milo bar instead just an ordinary nestle bar. I complained and received a R50 nestle voucher . . . . It pays to complain about unsatisfactory service! But I do love Butlers, didn’t know they extended beyond the boerewors curtain. Assumed it was a Durbanville thing.
What the complaints or the actual outlets? haha
