I recently wrote a blog post about Mr. Delivery and to be honest it was a rant about their brand. I was bleak to see that they do not only charge for delivery, but also a processing fee. I have just got a reply from Frank of Mr. Delivery about the article and it is nice to know that even brands like Mr. Delivery care about what their customers think 🙂 Oh and Frank offered me a few vouchers in return for my details and assured me that new special value added options will soon be hitting their menu’s.
I hope they come through soon as I would love to spoil myself with some midweek Lamb cutlets from Primi Piatti. A friend Kyle says they are the business and I guess this might be the only way I will afford those R125, succulent bombers 😉 Below is the comment that Frank left for me. If you have had the same problems with Mr. Delivery let me know what you think about the reply 🙂
Mr. Delivery to Mr. Cape Town:
Hi,
We take comments like this very seriously and so I would like to make contact regarding the processing fee that is charged. Mr delivery is trying very hard to better its service to the customer. The processing fee that was introduced in November 2009 was done so in order to make the business sustainable for all.
We realise extra charges are not nice for the customer but we will soon be introducing specials and added value for the customer that will make the Mr delivery purchase a pleaant purchase and not a grudge purchase. Please send me your details as we do care about our customers and I would like to send you some vouchers for the time taken to raise these issues. We as new owners of this business have a number of initiatives in the pipeline that will change the way you think about Mr delivery.
Kind Regards…
