I have heard and worked on campaigns that look to create interest and drive traffic to online mediums post purchase. My mate Ricky just brought these new guys in to work and I have blind tasted, tasted, evaluated the packaging and the entire campaign. Maybe this is something that might suite the boys from MCBN a bit more, as the campaign is based around Late Night Entertainment, Music and Rihanna (Maybe not so much Rihanna).
The flavour is Chilli Ribs and I must say that you can definitely taste the rib element, although I thought chilli was meant to hot? The package advertises the opportunity to “Rock out with Rihanna”, not really my cup of tea as I would rather “Rock Out” to something along the lines of Headroom or Absolum 😉 The campaign is based around web-cam use and gives you the opportunity to watch a thrilling performance by Teargas? Not that I know who the hell they are…
Do yourself a favour and grab a pack of these when you get the munchies and try out the new flavour/promo and let me know what you think about it’s effectiveness and creative appeal. I really like the virtual tour version of the music video on the website and am a huge fan of blue/red Doritos. Their brand awareness has grown so much to the point that my friends tell me how Doritos as a brand is so much better than Simba. Most of them have not studied and don’t really know that Doritos is actually a brand created by Simba 😉 Muppet’s!
WTF! They stole our neon sign! LAWYERS!
Rihanna… the defence rests!
All Neon Signs are the same dude….
Great post & Fantastic blog! I would definitely love to begin a blog too but I have no clue where to begin. I possess the ability to do it (not that challenging on the technical part) but I really feel like I am too lazy to post regularly. That is the problem, if you start you have to go all the way. However blogs like yours inspire me to have a go at it.
Thanks a mil…That’s a huge problem now especially that I have a 8-7 job! If you can put out 5 posts a day I reckon that is fine for now…
I have a problem with the overall premise of your article but I still think its really informative. I really like your other posts. Keep up the great work. If you can add more video and pictures can be much better. Because they help much clear understanding. 🙂 thanks Kelsey.
I am busy trying to setup an account so tht I can upload videos easier than doing it to youtube. Mainly so I can include my logo and any other on the corner of the video 😉
