I have not visited the gym in a good while and was pleasantly surprised by the new renovations that have been done at the Wembley Square Virgin Active. Seeing as though I am not a huge fan of the weight zone and more importantly the boytjies that chill there, I prefer to reside on the bike, stepping machine, treadmill, rowing machine and the super circuit.
