Does Cape Town Have It’s Own Banksy? LOL
I am pretty sure every Capetonian has done the walk along Sea Point promenade. Yes, that is that long walk way alongside the ocean with all the belters walking/running along it during the evenings. It seems we have a new kind of visitor to the area. Could it be our very own Cape Town version of Banksy?
