When it comes to football and Manchester United in particular there is no bigger fanatic than myself. I have been watching and supporting them ever since I laid my eyes on a football, a passion which has just grown over the years into what can only be described as: “a religion”.

I rarely miss a game and when I heard that my favourite side was coming to play in Cape Town, there was no thinking twice. Firstly it was non negotiable that I would be at Cape Town Stadium and secondly, I wanted to create the chance for 2 lucky readers to join in on the experience! So DHL have given me 2 tickets and 2 awesome merchandise hampers to give away to 1 lucky winner!!!

    My boyfriend is a true Man U fanatic
    And about that team, I think he’s far too dramatic (:P) –
    (Spoken like a true girlfriend I suppose)
    But seeing him dressed in head-to-toe red, one knows
    That it’s time for his beloved team to battle it out
    And I better get the beers and snacks ready to replenish throughout.

    My poor man is on crutches after a knee operation
    And going to this match would be his true salvation
    He’s been stuck at home, bored and frustrated –
    To get out of the house is a day he’s long awaited.
    Luckily, he’ll be up and about on his feet by then
    No doubt keen to be cheering with the rest of the men.
    To win him some tickets would be an awesome gift
    And a great way for him to make up for time missed.
    (And I could also take a break from all the snack-making
    And see my girls and have our own celebration, time-taking).

    To answer your question, Shinji Kagawa is the man
    (Yes, had to ask my boyfriend, who answered in a second or less than!)
    He is a true supporter and would love to watch this action play
    (And I think I deserve something for writing this darn essay!)

    I have supported United my whole life. Even when teams like Chelsea and Arsenal were wining the premier league, i still supported Man united. I support them because they always keep me at the edge of my seat with their beautiful football. Their history, and talent is AMAZING.     The answer is Shinji Kagawa, the 23 year old Japanese Playmaker who arrived at Manchester United on the 23rd of June after passing a medical and agreeing terms between the parties!! Please Mr. Cape Town, I’m a massive fan of the game and an admirer of Man Utd! It would be a dream come true to see the game live!!
