Fergie is not wasting any time with this bright, young prospect!
Manchester United new boy Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez joined up with the squad in Houston on Monday and has since visited a local hospital and enjoyed 2 training sessions with his new family. Before the World Cup United signed the 21 year old Mexican for £10 million and the question on every one’s lips was; “Who is this guy?”
His agility and pace could be a handful for English defences.
After scoring the winner against France and a cracker against Argentina, it appears United have saved a good few bucks by signing the boy before he hit the world stage! He is tipped to play some part in United’s game against and American All Star x1 tonight. He had settled in well at the camp and Fergie insists the young lad has hardly given himself a holiday as he looks in great shape after arriving for duty on Monday.
He seems to be enjoying himself already...
We are yet to see whether the quick lad will suite playing alongside Wayne Rooney, although if he happens to bring out the best in old Dimitar Berbatov, I’m sure there will be no complaints from the United faithful 😉 Berba has been in fine form in pre-season and everyone is wondering if he can carry that form through to the big stage?
