Thank God I am a Cape Town boy

Park Town Prawns, Hail the size of golf balls and ego's the size of Table Mountain...Jozi just always seems to offer things that much bigger ;)

I spent the weekend at Synergy, well working at the bar and then drinking mass amounts so forgive me for not doing any posts over this period 😉 I just came back to reality and the office for the first time since 2pm on Friday and saw this video in my email inbox. After getting pounded by the heat on Friday at Synergy, yes it was like 38 000* or something like that, I could only feel bad for the poor Vaalies whose cars are parked outside when hail storms of this calibre are occuring. This did not take place over the weekend, but a mere month ago.

Hopefully insurance companies have paid the poor people out by now, apparently hail cover is a big thing over there, pretty funny if you ask me..Maybe we should think about taking out insurance for our vehicles rusting by the sea, because I know for sure my bike get  affected!

I hope my bra Steve arrives safely in the Cape in a few days time, so that we can kick off the Summer Season with a bang. Without him getting hospitalised by the golf ball size hail that stems from his home town, Jozi Streets! Enjoy the video and just be glad that we don’t get anything like this in our beautiful city 🙂 Just by the way if there are any Vallies reading this, it’s clear skies, no wind, NO TRAFFIC and sunshine in Camps bay today…See you people soon for some schweet gym workouts before we hit second beach hay boy. NOT!

I don't know what is heavier, this okes chain or hail the size of tennis balls!
