The happiest 5km run in the Mother City is back in Cape Town this weekend. With such a successful Gun Run 2014 happening this past Sunday, with 20,080 runners, you can bet your bottom dollar the people will be out in full force again this weekend! Seem to me that more and more Capetonians are being bitten by the running bug, and the closer we come to Summer, the more interest these fun fitness events will attract!
