Woolworths promises to put the Christian magazines back…sigh!

After a whole day of ranting and raving on the Woolworths SA fan page, the company have decided to once again grace their shelves with the Christian books that once sat there comfortably ;)

After a whole day of ranting and raving on the Woolworths SA fan page, the company have decided to once again grace their shelves with the Christian books that once sat there comfortably 😉 This all happened after Woolworths announced that they would be removing the religious magazines from their shelves. Since then Christian consumers around SA have been tearing the poor oke who runs the Woolworths SA Facebook page to shreds!

Woolworths have now stated that the magazines will be returned to the shelves and that they never meant to offend any of their most valued customers. I really think the small scale Christian market that do actually shop at Woolworths took this one a bit too far. I mean did they really think that Woolworths took their beloved magazines off the shelves because of their religion? Come now…
