The quake hit Lorca on the East coast of Spain, SSE of the capital Madrid!
The town of Lorca and Mercia were last night hit by an earthquake that reached a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter scale. It has been confirmed that thousands of people from both towns are experiencing trauma, and, a total of 10 people have been killed. It is not clear how many were injured, although it is said to be in the dozens. A camera man nearly lost his life, when a massive bell tower collapsed, missing him by mere metres!
