Women’s Day: WIN R1,000 GNC Hamper [closed]

A couple of months back I decided it was time to get back in the gym and get back to being active. Football, hiking, running, spinning… you name it, I’m game! My buddy works for GNC and has got me hooked on the products, after they launched in SA in February. They a the World leader in fitness and nutrition products around the globe, which says quite a bit in itself. I haven’t tried all the products, but their creamy vanilla Whey Protein Complex is the best shake I have tasted to date. Hands down!

Since their arrival they have partnered with top athletes, including the likes of Olympic champion Chad Le Clos, Bok rugby star Jan Serfontein, EFC sensation Don Madge, Pro surfer Tanika Hoffman, SA volleyball babe Sheana Abrahams, Cancer survivor Shaun Harris, and a whole lot more who are on top of their respective fields! Click [here] to get to know #TeamGNC and why they choose to Live Well. If it’s good enough to win Chad 7 Commonwealth Games medals, I’m pretty sure it’s good enough for me… The big seller for me, is the fact that GNC has the most Trusted By Sport in South Africa, with 50+ products on the #InformedChoice registered products list!

I get my butt out of bed at 4am every morning to train for the Mr and Md Fitness SA competition! Using GNC products to gete lean and build muscle is how I #BeatAverage twice a day, everyday!

everyday I wake up at 4:30 so I can exercise. I’m studying towards receiving my honors degree in accounting and exercise is all I have that has kept me sane this year. I love gnc but can’t afford the products right now. I eat really healthy and drink lots of water. I know I would be able to reach my fitness goals so much quicker with gnc!
I would absolutely love to win this.
I give 110% to #beataverage everyday in everything I do.

so i like and follow everythang and this is so perfect for me right now. i just started the kayla itsines 12 week bikini body challenge to get my bikini body on by december (island getaway with the man in my life), and i’m taking this super serious with the meals and all so this would just give me that extra push i need because to get that bikini body and the butt i am squatting for everyday.

so i #beataverage everyday by doing that extra set of squats everyday, and that extra 10 minutes on the treadmill, and by taking the 3kg dumbbells instead of the 2kgs.

so maybe give my butt the buttspo it needs with this ahmazing hamper?

Average is getting up with the sun. I get up before the sun and watch the sun rise after my run. Then I am off to work at the Durbanville Children’s Home and then in the evenings I study. I am also getting married in 3 weeks 🙂 Would love to get in better shape before the wedding 🙂 I am not average! Definitely not!

Aug also marks the month for me where I decided enough is enough and it is time to look at my health and fitness. Life makes it so easy to get busy, help others, get lost in work and forget about ourselves. Working hard to achieve my goal and it is with the help of people like you and brands like GNC who cares who gives me and many other extra motivation. Thanks for empower the ladies and looking forward to more motivation after following all the pages.

I #beataverage by giving my all with my Dentistry degree. By being the best dentist I can be for my patients and always having a smile on my face. I have to admit I don’t have much time for gyming but if I win this hamper I’m hoping I can beat average in all aspects of my life.

Amazing comp. Beat Average by bettering yourself everyday! Pushing yourself to be better everyday and to realise everyday is a step closer to reaching your goal. Its about dedicating yourself to a goal and going for it without any hesitation. #BeatAverage

I love my body and that is why I make sure I eat right and exercise everyday. It is all I have! I would go crazy if I didn’t have my goal to #beataverage in not only exercise but also academics. If I don’t exercise in the morning there is no way I can make it through the five hours of class a day.
I try to inspire other students through my instagram account @normal_girl_fitness.
I love gnc products and they work amazingly. But on a student budget I struggle to keep up

I #Beataverage by getting up every morning, taking a jog around my area which leaves me very refreshed and ready to take on the day. Along with my daily workout routine, I have completely changed my eating habits.
I’m eating healthier and I’m seeing positive results. I’ve lost 5kg already and I would love to have some help in getting to my preferred weight and size. #Beataverage and get that summer body ready 😀

  12. Tammy August 10, 2014 at 4:38 pm #

I  #BeatAverage everyday by starting my mornings the best way possible, training with my amazing personal trainer Chloe Moncek. After a start to your day like that you know it’s going to be a great day and SUMMER to come!!! #bikinibody #summer #BeatAverage
