Just come back from my first trance experience (Sprung) and Earthdance is next on the agenda. Learnt a couple things from Sprung so hoping to be better prepared for Earthdance. Items I found most useful were:
-My colorful light scarf – Used it for decoration at first but it was great as a belt. Used it to wipe the droplets off my sweaty friends faces and it was a great accessory for my mad dance moves.
– Hip bag- I was a little under prepared for Sprung but managed to fashion my shoulder strap hand bag into a hip bag. (It’s all about being resourceful) Just big enoughh to fit the essentials because believe me you won’t want to leave that dance floor for hours. (Essentials: Water bottle, Gum, Smokes, Glowsticks, Sunnies, etc)
– Warm clothes – Probably would have frozen to death without my trusty pair of jeans and my Ugg Boots. Still comfy enough to stomp in and kept my feet nice and warm. I know you think you wont need warm clothes because you’ll be dancing all night, but when you do go take a break being cozy is a necessity.
Whether I win a ticket or not I’m still gonna see you all on that dance floor. Would just like to share some tips that I picked up from my first experience. Peace, love and light.

Firstly, i love the theme this year!
Earthdance 2012 sounds like wedding bells,
to my ears i have to say, trance music is with me all the way.
The three items that are essential, i will not withhold or keep confidential,
a warm jacket for those chilly nights, to dance the night away under those flashing lights,
a pair of good sunglasses will come out to play during my favourite stomping session on Sunday day,
and lastly a trusty water bottle to keep me cool and refreshed throughout this AMAZINGLY anticipated event.

The most important things in life are not materialistic things. A true women would wear nothing but her beaming aura a smile on her face, and the dirt on her bare feet .. This is what it means to be trancer.
As a woman being in a completely free spirited surrounding clothes are not compulsory:) … The only items I will be wearing are 1.. Psychedelic body paint, 2…my sunflower behind my ear and 3… My stomping stick… Please pick me I will be so grateful:) blessed
Even though it does not matter what you wear to a trance party- because you are always surrounded by beautiful souls who do not judge you, the three things that you wear to make yourself happy are: 1) those 3D glasses to look at the trippy decor 2) a daisy crown to make you feel like a princess and 3) face paint for yourself and extra so you can spread the love<3
To enjoy Earthdance to the fullest you will need: 1- a joint. 2-alcohol. 3-music.
And you’re sorrttedd!
Three essential things for me would totally be:
1.Sick ass stomping shoes – because i know in my case I’m gonna need them to last, considering the fact that I’m NOT leaving that trance stage 🙂
2. FANNYPACK – trust me. You can keep ANYTHING and EVERYTHING in there 🙂 Sooo handy 🙂
3. Lastly, it doesnt really matter what you wear, clothes wise, Earthdance allows you to be yourself, to express your feelings – i like to wear something comfy so i can jam my heart out 🙂
