Over the next 2 weeks I will be taking you on a journey with Liqui-Fruit adverts that date back to the 80’s! But first, I want to tell you a bit about how this adventurous fruit juice brand rose to stardom:
The story started 25 years ago when the brand team decided that the world of Liqui-Fruit should be one of fantasy, inhabited by people that would accurately reflect the brand’s DNA of ‘Nothing But Fruit’. A world that is the epitome of health – health that is reflected in beautiful people, beautiful bodies, surrounded by fresh, juicy and colourful fruit.
When the original Liqui-Fruit fantasy commercial was conceived, a young 14 year old girl, Lushana Kuhn was chosen to be the face of the brand. The advert was her first public exposé and set her on her way to become a global supermodel. Her fresh-faced, unusual beauty set the standard for all the Liqui-Fruit girls to follow. Found your website while looking for liqui-fruit video archives. I was in one of their early adds and was looking to show it to my kids. Do you by any chance have the add with the dance class? I was the one in the very bright yellow unitard. You are looking at around 25 years ago.
